About
Hi, I’m Amanda and I’m so glad you’re here. My journey into healing began when I was just 15 years old after a soccer injury taught me firsthand the challenges—and opportunities—of recovery. That experience sparked a deep desire to help others, leading me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and later a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland.
For many years, I worked as a physical therapist, supporting clients in healing their bodies and regaining strength. But I always felt something was missing—an unspoken layer of healing that wasn’t being addressed. I began to notice how much more there was to someone’s recovery than just their physical body. This realization lit a fire within me to explore the deeper connections between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Healing Beyond the Physical
Over time, I followed that inner calling to study holistic practices that honor the whole person. Through yoga, Reiki, energy work, mindfulness, and mind-body therapies, I began to see healing as a partnership—a sacred process of working together to address not just physical pain, but also emotional wounds, energetic imbalances, and mental blocks.
Today, I integrate my knowledge of physical therapy with these holistic practices, creating a space where clients can feel deeply supported, understood, and empowered. I am continually humbled by the resilience of the human spirit and how much healing is possible when we create space for it.

A Life-Altering Experience
In May 2019, my life took an unexpected turn that profoundly shaped my work and how I see healing. What was supposed to be a short hike in the Makawao Forest on Maui turned into a 17-day survival journey that tested me in ways I never imagined.
Alone in the wilderness with no food and limited water, I came face-to-face with my deepest fears, my physical limits, and my inner strength. In that vast solitude, I began to feel an undeniable connection to the world around me—and to myself. It was in this space of surrender and survival that I came to understand healing as something much deeper than physical recovery.
Healing, I realized, is about reconnecting with the essence of who we are. It’s about aligning with our inner strength and embracing the profound interconnectedness of life. That experience changed me in ways I’m still uncovering, and it continues to inspire how I show up for my clients every day.
Why I Do This Work
I feel so honored to be part of my clients’ healing journeys. Whether it’s through physical therapy, energy healing, or a blend of practices, my goal is always the same: to hold space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward balance and alignment.
I believe healing is a partnership. It’s about listening to your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom—and trusting the process, no matter where it leads. I’m humbled by the strength and courage my clients bring to this work, and it’s my privilege to help guide you back to your wholeness.
Let’s walk this path together.
